Do you want to easily access European gaming markets? Malta makes an excellent choice through the combination of the regulation and reduced taxes to set up your gaming business. Malta offers one of the most prestigious licenses and it has a streamlined licensing process and structured fees.

Instead of having to apply for a different license depending on the types of games you offer, now you can choose between a Business-to-Client (B2C) or Business-to-Business (B2B) license. Are you also worried about tax? If the business is structured correctly, you can profit from a low corporate and gaming tax payable.

B2C and B2B business
Obtaining a Maltese B2C license will allow you to offer, provide or operate a gaming service. Additionally, you can host in your premises accessible to the public or make available for use a gaming device/ system. If you require to obtain a B2B license you can supply and manage a material element of a game or of a software. Operating through a Maltese gaming license allows online gaming companies to operate legally across the EU which generates around 48% of worldwide gambling revenue.

B2C and B2B business
Do you already have a foreign gaming license issued by an EU/ EEA or another state and you want to offer your service in or from Malta? Malta Gaming Authority can provide you with a recognition notice which has the same effect as an authorization to provide your services in or from Malta. This way licensed companies are allowed to operate in Malta if they notify the MGA and obtain a recognition notice.

Now that you are thinking that you found the perfect solution for your iGaming business, we are here to guide you and offer all the necessary services whether you are a gaming start-up or an already established operator. What are you waiting for? Our team has over 10 years of experience and through our support we can make the whole licensing procedure a smooth sailing.

Gaming companies are finding it complex to maintain a long-standing relationship with commercial banks. This trend is due to various factors. De-risking, as well as not understanding the risks involved, has made Gaming companies one of main targets. Banks across the EU have been closing operational bank accounts for gaming companies, leaving some of them exposed to issues.

In today’s dwindling economy it is even more crucial for businesses to safeguard against operational risk. One way in which a gaming company can achieve this is by ensuring that they are not relying on just a singular banking facility. By having multiple banking facilities, businesses can protect funds and other assets. Therefore, developing the right relationship with an appropriate bank or payment provider is invaluable for any business.
